Come join this fun, semi-structured extra practice for your child which is also an opportunity for new kids to try out some new gymnastics activities. Even if you aren't a member or gymnast, check us out, as coaches are on-hand to provide assistance.

We believe in the benefits of play in developing children’s understanding of the world around them and mastering learned gymnastics skills. Unstructured play offers preschoolers the opportunity to expand their social and emotional skills like sharing, taking turns and making new friends. Great for little ones who need a safe exciting new place to crawl and waddle with others their age. Perfect for playdates and social interaction! Please have all guests sign up on the event calendar above prior to coming in.
Advanced Open Gym
For our Intermediate, Advanced, and Team level gymnasts only.
Advanced Open Gym is held on select Saturdays and may be used as a makeup class for Intermediate - Team level gymnasts.
If not being used as a makeup class, Advanced Open Gym fees are:

Kid's Night Out
Ages 5 - 13
5:00pm-8:30pm
$70 per child, siblings 20%off
Drop off your children at Apex KNO and have a night out for yourself!
Kid's Night Out (KNO) is a structured evening of fun activities, gymnastics, themed crafts and games! Pizza and ice cream will be provided for all participants. Apex KNO is a great opportunity for some drop-in fun, open to girls and boys, members and non-members.
All Kid's Night Out activities are led by safety certified instructors just like all the classes at Apex!
